We understand that things can get a little intense sometimes, so our tiles are designed to withstand rigorous play! To protect your tiles against damage though, please try to prevent them from being thrown, kicked or stepped on.
If any tiles in your set arrive damaged, or are damaged during normal play, please contact us and we will exchange them for you. Also ensure that they are immediately removed from the rest of the set and are out-of-reach of your child.
Yes, all Tileables products are EN71 approved, and therefore comply with South Africa’s SANS 50071 standards and other toy international safety regulations. They exceed all requirements for testing and product safety, including material quality and durability testing. All of this ensures that Tileables are safe and can stand up to years of use.
Make sure to regularly check all of your children’s toys for loose or broken parts.
If you find any damages to your Tileables, remove them from the rest of the set, make sure that they are out-of-reach of children, and contact us.
