All Tileables sets are for recommended children ages 3 and up. Children’s creations become more elaborate as they develop, making magnetic tiles ‘toys that grow’ alongside your child.
Yes! If for whatever reason you change your mind after purchasing a Tileables set through our online store, you can return it within 30 days, no questions asked. Additionally, all of our sets come with a 6-month warranty if your set is damaged or you’re unsatisfied with the quality in any way. For more information, please view our returns policy.
Yes, Tileables are compatible with most other magnetic tile brands. For reference, our small square tiles measure 7.5 x 7.5cm.
We understand that things can get a little intense sometimes, so our tiles are designed to withstand rigorous play! To protect your tiles against damage though, please try to prevent them from being thrown, kicked or stepped on. If any tiles in your set arrive damaged, or are damaged during normal play, please contact us and we will exchange them for you. Also ensure that they are immediately removed from the rest of the set and are out-of-reach of your child.
Safety

Yes, all Tileables products are CPSIA, ASTM, CPC, CE and EN71 approved, and therefore comply with South African and other international safety regulations. They exceed all requirements for testing and product safety, including material quality and durability testing. All of this ensures that Tileables are safe and can stand up to years of use.


However, in the event that any magnet is inhaled or ingested, you should seek medical treatment immediately.

Tileables are fitted with high-quality ceramic magnets, which are made to resist corrosion and demagnetisation for years of lasting strength. They are safely secured inside the tiles using ultrasonic welding.

Tileables are made with food-grade ABS plastic that is free of BPA, phthalates, latex, and toxic materials, and is completely recyclable.

Tileables is 100% South African owned. We’re proud to partner with manufacturers in China, who adhere to the highest industry standards.

Caring for your Tiles
No, Tileables are not waterproof and should not be submerged or held under running water. There are no safety risks associated with your tiles getting wet, but it’s best to keep them dry to avoid mold or rust forming on them.
We recommend wiping your tiles down with a damp cloth or a non-abrasive cleaner. Try to steer away from using harsh cleaners, as these might degrade the plastic material over time.
Ordering Tileables
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your payment has been received, and another when your order has been shipped.
All in-stock orders ship within one business day of successful payment processing. Orders arrive 1-3 working days after shipping in major centres, and up to 7 working days in outlying areas. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays; you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped. Black Friday orders may take longer to ship due to high order volumes; if you require your order urgently please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Tileables offers free shipping to all regions throughout South Africa for orders over R400! Shipping for orders under R400 is a flat rate of R100.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us. We are unable to process changes in the delivery address or cancel or modify orders that have been shipped out.
